11: Transformation - Are you being guided by the light (or fear)?

Spirit shares channeled messages from Season 02, Episode 05 (June 23, 2025):

Now, is an important time of transformation. It is time to shift from being fueled by fear, anger, self-criticism, uncertainty, anxiety and self-doubt to being fueled by gratitude, compassion, forgiveness and joy.

Some clients have shared that they fear letting go of their self-criticism, fear and anxiety because it motivates them to be productive and successful. Indeed, fear is a powerful motivator. Fear motivates through emptiness and scarcity - not having enough, not being enough, not doing enough; a fear of being seen as incompetent or less than, a fear of what others will think of you.

Spirit often refers to fear as “fast food” for the soul.

While fear provides the energy needed to be productive and get things done, it is not healthy and sustainable for the long-term. Fear engages the “fight or flight” system of the body, which puts the body into a state of hyper-vigilant activation and is often associated with inflammation, which is often connected to various autoimmune and inflammatory diseases such as arthritis, psoriasis, and heart disease. A more clean and sustainable fuel for the soul is joy, passion, gratitude, compassion and love - a love and kindness for yourself and a love and kindness for others.

Do you believe that joy and compassion can move you into action?

How can you begin to shift from the “fast food” energy of fear to being fueled by higher vibrational energy of joy, gratitude, compassion and love? By implementing a practice of forgiveness.

Forgiveness is not just about forgiving others, it is also about forgiving yourself. In what ways have you trespassed against yourself with your harsh criticism, unreasonable expectations, perfectionist and controlling attitude, lack of belief in your value, worth and competence - your insecurities. Are you aware of the ways you allow the voice within to talk so harshly and disrespectfully towards yourself?

Forgiveness begins by cultivating a voice and practice of compassion for yourself and others.

How do you practice compassion?

Imagine a person or pet in your life that you wish the best for - health, prosperity and happiness. Now, imagine, if they were experiencing pain or struggle in their life, could you respond with kindness, nurturing, safety, love and support? If so, that is a form of compassion. If you respond with fear for them and their situation, you are responding with empathy not compassion. You are bringing your fear and adding it to their pain.

A practice of compassion evokes an energy of warmth, safety, security, nurturing and care for the pain of others and the pain within you. Compassion begins to soften the edges of pain, anger, resentment and fear, which naturally guides us towards letting go that which pains us - forgiveness.

We are in a time of discovery, renewal and rebirth. Are you able to rise from the ashes by letting go of the darkness within, guided by the new light of the Phoenix and to illuminate in your new light? Your joy, gratitude, passion, compassion and love.
