The Universe Conspires to Support Us
What are you manifesting?
Aloha mai kākou,
I hope this finds you well as we continue to navigate the continuously changing landscape and flow of energy as it moves between the seen and unseen world - within our mind, body and spirit, our relationships with each other and our relationship with Mother Earth. We are intrinsically and intricately connected to all of Creation, the tangible and intangible, through an energetic blanket of energy in which we all reside upon this planet.
Thus, it is important to remember, we are all woven into the fabric of this life force energy that connects us with each other, other animals and sentient beings of the seen and unseen world, all elements of nature (e.g. fire, air, water, earth, metal) and space (e.g. atmospheric and galactic) and celestial bodies (e.g. stars and planets).
This relationship with the universal life force energies all around us are reciprocal in nature, thus, all energies around us not only affect us, but, we, as divine beings of light birthed from the highest heavens affect all things around us. We are more powerful than we know.
Spirit has shared that many of us have forgotten that we are powerful beings of light birthed from the heavens, guided by the divine wisdom and light of the universe. In fact, the universal divine energy and consciousness upon our planet was gifted to us to support us - not work against us. Yes, the universe is always conspiring to support us - not work against us.
The universal energy is designed to support us by sensing the energy (e.g. thoughts, feelings, emotions) we emit into the world, amplifying and replicating it many times over and return it to us. In this way, the universe is programmed to give to us that which we put out into the universe. This basic principle helps to expand our understanding of concepts such as self-fulfilling prophecy and manifestation - what are you manifesting?
Spirit shares that a common misconception we have is that our mind is the most powerful generator of energy, such that if we set clear goals and intentions, write it on paper, then it is more likely to manifest. This is not true. In fact, the most powerful energy we emit into the universe comes from the heart and solar plexus chakras. These energy centers that reside in the core of our body between the clavicle (shoulder blades) hips, hold the energetic resonance of love for ourselves, others and love for what we do, as well as our confidence, conviction and belief in ourselves and what is possible (e.g. limiting beliefs).
Thus, if we envision in our mind - health, abundance, getting a promotion, winning the championship game, while in the core of our body we feel anxious, empty, fear, anger or doubt - 80% of the energy we emit into the universe comes from our core (e.g. heart and solar plexus) and the other 20% comes from our mind. As the universe amplifies and replicates these energies we emit, what are we manifesting? How are we contributing to the light, shadow or darkness in the universe and world around us?
While we are all connected to the universe, not many of us are consciously aware of our relationship with the universe. Thus, as Spirit shares, we have forgotten our light and through our ignorance and unconscious behavior have irresponsibly used our power to lower the vibration within us and around us because we have forgotten the light of who we are.
Therefore, when things seem to not be going “our way”, this basic principle of universal energy may help us look deeper into understanding how our experiences are woven into the energetic fabric of the universe. There are times when we may also feel unsupported and may find ourselves asking the question “why?” - why is this happening to me? How might the questions we ask ourselves shift, if we began with the assumption that the universe conspires to support us?
Here are some examples of questions that Spirit often poses to me and my clients to consider as we navigate various experiences in our lives past, present and even in the future:
What is the universe trying to help me see about this person, situation, relationship? How does seeing this truth or having this revelation support my safety, health, wellness, learning, growth? How is it an opportunity to engage differently or practice a new skill, or cultivate a new lens of how we see and interpret the world around us, or how I see myself?
