All of humanity share a common experience of pain and suffering. These experiences play an important role in supporting each person to learn, heal, grow and thrive in life. Without the discomfort of pain, and the lessons highlighted by these experiences, there is no change, no growth, no learning and no thriving. Challenging experiences carry the potential to expand the mind, strengthen the heart and raise the vibration and luminescence of the soul. Yet, humanity strives for efficiency and comfort at sacrifice to their health, wellness and vibrancy in life.
The soul came here to learn, heal, grow and thrive and ultimately, ascend to the next level of frequency or vibration, which occurs by accessing greater insight, awareness, knowledge, wisdom, perspective and practices - a process of awakening and enlightenment.
Awakening is an experience and process of expanding the view of the world beyond the physical limitations into the unseen world of thoughts, emotions, energy, intentions and spirit . While the continued exploration to expand consciousness, awareness and understanding of the unseen world in the observable, physical reality is a process of enlightenment. Enlightenment is not a destination it is a continuous internal (e.g. mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic) process of choosing to learn, heal, grow and thrive.
As such, humanity is at a tipping point.
The unseen world within each person of their pain and suffering has gone unacknowledged and unaddressed for too long. Now, is the time and opportunity to seek healing.
It is time to heal the pain and suffering rather than avoid it.
When trauma, pain, suffering, dis-ease and fear is not addressed, it can grow and transform into:
Anger/Resentment;
Avoidance/Apathy;
Anxiety/Worry;
Insecurities that perpetuate jealousy, bitterness, defensiveness, comparison and hostility;
Self-righteousness, self-justification, selfishness and over importance of self;
Stubbornness, a need to be right or in control;
Feeling unworthy, insignificant, unloveable or “not enough”;
Lacking in empathy or compassion (e.g. inpatient, highly critical of self or others “judgmental”, unreasonable or high expectations etc.);
Leveraging relationships, knowingly or unknowingly, to increase your perceived “social capital” so you can get what you want or feel you need (e.g. status, validation, attention, power, money, love etc.);
Manipulation, deception or ways of projecting “light” (e.g. kindness, compassion, etc.) to hide the pain or darkness within (e.g. insecurities, pain, vulnerability, self-loathing, anger, hate, etc.).
Unhealed trauma, pain and anger become an emotional infection that takes root and begins to form a void or an abyss of darkness and emptiness within the emotional body (e.g. solar plexus), which often feels infinite and insatiable. People attempt to fill this void by seeking and acquiring love, validation, attention, status and power from their external environment (e.g. people, accolades, substances, experiences, rewards, food, etc.) rather than healing the void within.
GREED & GLUTTONY
As this infection of pain continues unacknowledged, unaddressed and not healed, the void within will continue to grow and is often the root of greed and gluttony.
While a common perception of greed and gluttony is someone who consumes food, drinks alcohol or buys things in excess, greed and gluttony can also appear as an excessive and constant need for validation, recognition, status, control, achievement, respect, attention or the need to be seen a certain way by others as kind, giving, smart, intelligent, good, humble, powerful, in control, capable or competent, etc.
It is important to recognize that whatever form greed and gluttony take, it is often a result of a person attempting to fill the void within rather than heal the void within.
These feelings begin to reshape the lens through which a person views themselves, the world and relationships in their life often skewed by a primary objective to fill the void within. Various tactics are developed to acquire the light needed to fill or satiate the hunger for love, validation, attention, status, safety, belonging, significance, value, competence etc. A person learns to leverage their resources, especially their relationships (e.g. social capital) to acquire what they need to fill the emptiness or soothe the pain. This is often observed in feelings of jealousy, entitlement, manipulation, deception and control.
These tactics, especially leveraging the “social capital” of human relationships often results in creating pain in others. As the infection of pain continues to spread across humanity, so too, shall more anger, resentment, fear, disgust, sadness and jealousy. As these energies become darker and heavier, it becomes an emotional and spiritual sickness that weakens the light, vibrancy, health, strength and resilience of humanity as well as that of the Earth. Therefore, now is the time to heal.
HEALING FOR HUMANITY & MOTHER EARTH
Beyond the physical nature of Mother Earth, she is also a powerful being of light that gives freely and effortlessly to support all sentient beings that live upon her. As caretakers of creation, it is the responsibility of humanity to care for Mother Earth and all sentient life upon this planet, not just human life. One of the most important and overlooked ways to care for Mother Earth and each other is to address the healing you need now - to heal the pain, sadness, fear, heaviness, anger, resentment.
Spirit (e.g. God and the Archangels) share this message of perspective for your awareness. Are you able to see these features, behaviors, thought patterns and actions within yourself and others? This is shared for your awareness, so you might be able to recognize and understand these behaviors and actions of others and yourself, and to be more responsible for your healing and prevent the further spread of the infection of pain, knowingly or unknowingly.
If you choose to seek healing on this path, it is important to work in collaboration with a licensed mental health provider or psychologist.
Here are some questions to help you navigate this journey of healing:
What are some recent situations, relationships or interactions that have felt particularly “triggering” to you (i.e. triggering stress, anger, self-doubt, fear, etc.)? The most salient experiences represent the universe speaking to you, revealing the potential for healing. Shift your perspective, rather than feeling upset at others for their behavior, consider identifying what is triggered within you in response to that person’s behavior. Awareness is the first step of your healing journey.
Do you sense a hunger or emptiness within you as described above (i.e. hunger for validation, support, acknowledgement, love etc.)? If so, in what ways are you attempting to fill or heal this space within you (e.g. exercise, food, alcohol, sugar, working a lot, living through others successes, keeping busy, working with a therapist)? Are you leveraging your relationships?
Are you ready to heal?
How are you perpetuating and sharing light in your relationships and life? Your sharing of light is not dependent upon others sharing their light. Reclaim your power.
Are you leaving an energetic footprint of light upon Mother Earth and other places your path may take you?
How can you strengthen your light and raise your vibration to ensure your influence on others is of the highest vibration?
How can you be more responsible for the energy you send into the universe and the people you connect with everyday? Are you infecting them with gratitude, joy, light and compassion or are you infecting them with your pain?
Message from Spirit (e.g. God and the Archangels)
You are forgiven, but, do you forgive yourself? For if you cannot forgive yourself, you lack compassion, and compassion is needed to access the power and practice of forgiveness. For true forgiveness shall set you free.
When you do not forgive, you are only punishing yourself, no one else.
Your anger, your hate, your rage towards others does nothing to them - in fact, whomever you are directing your anger towards is indeed the “winner”. For, they need do nothing else to cause you pain, because you have chosen to hurt yourself forever, regardless of their presence in your life.
Choose to free yourself from the burden you carry in your heart, in your mind, in your soul. All of humanity has hurt another to varying degrees because that is human nature. It is an essential lesson of human nature to learn how to forgive yourself and others.
For in the journey of my son, Jesus Christ, forgiveness reveals the power, grace and the miracle of rebirth. You shall rise again, when you are able to forgive those who trespass against you.
Forgiveness is not permission, it is a choice, a great action of compassion that has the power to heal the soul - your mind, your body and your spirit.
May you find the strength within to free yourself from the burdens you carry in the heart. For when the heart is healed, clean and pure, your light will shine brightly, once again.
You are loved and you are worthy beyond measure. This is the only answer.
