On the Precipice of Change: The Emerging Shadow & Darkness
Channeled Messages from Spirit (e.g. God and theArchangels)
Spirit (e.g. God and the Archangels) reminds us of an important perspective: We are all part of the oneness of Creation, and, thus connected to all of Creation. Rather than look outside of ourselves for healing, it is important to remember that the power to heal resides within us. Do not blame others for how we feel: Feeling like we are not enough, do not have enough, feelings of discomfort, fear, pain - look within to heal it. We are personally responsible for how we feel and our happiness - no one else. Do not give this power to determine our state of being to anyone else.
Here is a message from Spirit featured in the Kaigen Insights podcast, Season 02, Episode 09 - October 20th, 2025 (available to all paid subscribers):
Spirit also shared that this is a critical time of evolution for humanity and our soul journey, as many truths are being revealed.
What is being revealed to you? Are you ready to see the truth?
What is awakening within you? What is being disturbed and moving to the surface?
What are you holding onto? What are you ready to release?
How are you navigating your fear? Are you avoiding the lessons and insights of fear? If fear were a teacher, what lesson(s) is it trying to teach you? What healing journey are you being asked / challenged to embark upon?
Spirit offered a perspective regarding how to fortify our light through a process of healing the heaviness and pain of the past, challenging our stubbornness and rigid ways of thinking, which creates space of the light within to emerge.
As Spirit shared the chaos energy of change is disturbing and uprooting the deeper layers of sediment locked within (e.g the Earth, humanity, the soul) so it can no longer hide in the shadow of darkness. Darkness is now revealing itself to the light with the potential for healing and transformation towards a higher vibrational state of being.
Recently, this chaos energy brought to the surface deeper layers of past pain that resided within my emotional body and chakra system. Feelings of anger, resentment, fear, uncertainty, doubt were being triggered by individuals with narcissist features and qualities of “weaponizing kindness” (i.e. kindness with the expectation to get a return on their investment whenever they want), gaslighting, entitled behavior and being attacked by curse energy.
I thought I healed much of the pain of my past, yet, I could feel these uneasy feelings emerge again. What I came to realize is that deeper layers of my pain from these past experiences were coming to the surface for healing. Spirit reminded me, healing is a journey not a destination - there are many layers and they shall reveal themselves when it is time to address them.
These deeper layers of healing challenged me to look truthfully at my shadow self - the part of me that is sometimes motivated and driven by fear, unworthiness, perfectionism, avoidance of criticism and a stubborn critical nature just to name a few. Often, these thoughts and feelings develop early in life as we attempt to understand why people treat us a certain way.
We often will assume that people treat us the way we deserve to be treated and that it is a reflection of us, when in fact, their behavior is often a reflection of them.
Thus, the opportunity to heal the deeper layers of my shadow self also helped me to fortify my light by releasing old thought patterns and habits of a low vibration and cultivate a practice of a higher vibrational perspective (e.g. the bad behavior of others is a reflection of them, not me), a practice of compassion and forgiveness for myself and others.
While it is often easy to identify and blame others (e.g. people or situations) for our stress or pain - it is important to also reflect within to identify what the person or situation is triggering within us from our past (i.e. what is being triggered or emerging for my awareness and possible healing?). For our healing is in our hands and it is our responsibility - no one else’s.
As we heal through a process of compassion and forgiveness, we begin to let go, release the heaviness of fear, pain, anger and resentment, we create space for light within to flow through us once again.
