Know Thyself, Heal Thyself
Aloha!
As many of you know, I stopped offering blessings and clearings for homes, businesses, and ‘āina (land) a few years ago and most recently, I stopped offer healings and clearings of entities, spirits, curses and other low vibrational energies and other forms of compromise. Both of these decisions were strongly guided by Spirit (e.g. God and the Archangels), yet, were not easy decisions by any means. My stubbornness and empathy created a lot of internal resistance to these messages from Spirit and thus, there was a lot of learning, healing and growth.
When we do not listen or choose to ignore messages, they often get louder and so it did, resulting in 3 episodes of being physically compromised in the last 3 months. The greater the resistance and stubbornness, the louder Spirit and the universe speaks. In situations like this, it can feel like there is no choice, but, the reminder is we always have a choice, and every choice has consequences. The longer we wait, the choices and the consequences are often greater and more limited.
Spirit reminds us that in this life, everyone is granted the gifts of “free-will'“ and choice. Spirit also reminds us that when Spirit and the universe are sending a message, these messages are for your highest and greatest good (e.g. your health, safety and well-being) and to honor and support your soul’s journey (i.e. that which strengthens your light, your joy, your opportunities, your ascension), so please listen; because listening is also a choice.
There is not a pre-determined path or destiny for your soul, other than honoring who you are, learning and healing along the way, so you are able to access your highest potential of light and share your light with those around you - be the lighthouse.
In making this decision to stop all healings and clearings, I wanted more understanding, so I asked Spirit to share with me, “why? and why now?”.
MESSAGE FROM SPIRIT (e.g. God and the Archangels):
It is time for humanity to remember where they came from. To remember, that their soul was birthed from the heavens in great light with this gift of life in human physical form with the opportunity to learn, heal, grow and ascend on their journey and pathway of life. It is from this place of understanding, they shall remember that within each of them resides the light of the divine, the light of God, the light of all creation. Yet, they have forgotten. They seek the light of others because they have forgotten their light within.
By no longer offering healing and clearings for others, you are reminding them that the power to heal resides within them, not in others.
It is a powerful time of self-discovery and awakening. A time for healing and clearing the shadow and clouds of the mind and heart, which blocks the light from being seen.
Their pain, their anguish, their sorrow, their fear, their anger, their hate, these shadows of the soul when allowed to sit, shall call forth the shadows of darkness. Thus, it is the healing of the soul in which the shadow and darkness shall clear from within and all around.
Each (every soul) has the power and potential to heal, yet, they fear what they shall discover along the way. The journey of self-discovery and healing is not an easy journey, yet it is powerful, rewarding and immensely meaningful. For along this path, you shall find yourself and re-discover your true light and ascend to the next level in life and in light.
This message from Spirit reminds us that the power to heal resides within us all. By choosing to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing the shadows within (e.g. past hurts, stubbornness, insecurities, fear, anger, resentment, lack of compassion, etc.) we shall re-discover our light and our health.
Spirit is also asking us to remember that we are spirit and energy first, living a human experience in this physical form. Thus, when the light of the soul is overshadowed by the darkness of human experience (e.g. pain, trauma, anger, fear, insecurity, doubt, lack of direction, loneliness, etc.) selfishness, greed, lack of empathy and compassion emerges as well as health challenges.
These shadows are often birthed from within as a response to the harm others inflicted upon us (e.g. teasing, bullying, gaslighting, manipulation, abuse, betrayal etc.) or that we have experienced (e.g. trauma, loss of a loved on tragic accidents), resulting in feelings, emotions, and limiting beliefs about self (e.g. lack of confidence, lack of worth) and others (e.g. distrust, selfishness).
When these shadows within are not addressed and healed in some way, they are tucked away and sometimes hidden away in the body - out of sight, out of mind. This happens because avoidance and re-directing attention is actually a very important and healthy coping strategy, but, like anything that is used in excess it can become unhealthy. On the other side of the spectrum, it is also not beneficial to only look at or seek all the things you need to heal. Therefore, finding the balance of awareness for healing and engaging in life with some avoidance, mindfulness, compassion and gratitude is often best done in collaboration with a licensed mental health provider or psychologist.
PHYSICAL & SPIRITUAL COMPROMISE
As these shadows within are energetically heavier than our natural state of being (e.g. light of the soul birthed from the heavens), subtle compromises to health begin to emerge. As shadow energy accumulates over time, the light and energy within becomes heavier and darker until it begins to reveal itself in the physical body as symptoms, ailments or disease which cannot be easily ignored. Additionally, as shadow energy accumulates and lowers your vibration, this lower vibration can attract lower vibrational experiences, people and spirit energy (e.g. lost souls, entities). Thus, people can experience physical challenges as a result of spiritual compromise from entity, spirit, or curse energy.
As a reminder, Spirit (e.g. God and the Archangels of all of Creation) and the universe are here to support you as demonstrated by one of the laws of the universe, which is that the universal energy senses the energy and intentions you, knowingly or unknowingly, send into the universe and exponentially replicates it and returns it back to you. Thus, when you are emanating in great light, great light is returned. When you are resonating in fear internally and merely projecting light on the outside, more fear and some light will return to you (e.g. self-fulfilling prophecy). The universe senses your resonating energy, which are your emotions, intentions and beliefs, not necessarily what you project and hope others will see or believe.
Therefore, when you make strengthening, healing and nurturing your inner light a priority, it becomes a powerful tool of manifestation that supports your overall health and well-being in collaboration with the universal energies of light.
HEALING THE SHADOW WITHIN
The pathway to greater health, whether to address physical ailment or physical health challenges of spiritual origin, it is important to identify the shadow within that creates an environment that allows for these lower vibrational energies to grow and attach.
Here are a few examples to demonstrate healing the shadow within as it relates to physical and/or spiritual compromise:
Autoimmune disorder: In this case, the shadow within was lack of confidence, low self-esteem, lack of love for self, repressed anger and anger directed at themselves. Awareness and taking steps to heal this shadow as part of a holistic approach help to begin balancing the immune system; person continued to be treatment and care of a licensed mental health provider and their primary care provider.
Spirit or entity attachment: Spirit was attached to person’s repressed anger, lack of empathy and compassion for themselves and others; thus, the spirit and the person had a similar energy that connected them. Awareness and steps towards healing lack of empathy and compassion created opportunity for spirit to release.
Curse or Jealousy: Sent to person by other people. Often curse energy comes from insecurity, which can sometimes show up as bullying behavior and/or greed. Curse energy attached to person because the person had their own insecurities. Once there was awareness and steps towards beginning to heal these insecurities, the curse energy released.
In all 3 examples, each person was guided to learn and embrace more compassion and forgiveness for themselves and others, which were essential components to help release spirit and curse energy and begin the healing journey for the person with autoimmune disorder. Every healing situation is different, thus, the descriptions above are not intended to be prescriptive or a guide for healing.
As you begin to heal and clear the shadow energies within, the lower vibrational energies and ailments can begin to release, which supports healing on the physical level. Optimum healing occurs when the spiritual, emotional and physical bodies are all addressed, thus a holistic team approach including a primary care provider for the physical body, a licensed mental health counselor or psychologist for the emotional body and a spiritual practitioner for the spiritual body.
Additionally, cultivating a deeper understanding and practice of compassion and forgiveness are powerful tools that support healing of the shadows within as well. For compassion and forgiveness can help heal and release you from the heaviness and burden of carrying pain, anger, resentment, fear, jealousy, guilt, inflexibility, stubbornness, unreasonable expectations, perfectionism and many other heavy energies, emotions and thought patterns.
