Meditation is a beautiful and sacred space as it is a doorway to your soul, your light and your subconscious mind. Thus, it is important to consider what and who guides you during a meditation.
When you enter into this beautiful sacred space energies, thoughts, intentions are allowed to flow somewhat effortlessly in and out. Therefore, it is often a mindful practice to review and assess the energy, vibration and intention of a guided meditation and the practitioner before starting any meditation practice. Once you have assessed that the energy, vibration and intention are in alignment with you and your journey then embark on your meditation journey.
Listen to what is being said and more importantly, listen to your higher consciousness and intuition to the energy of what is being shared. Ask yourself:
Does this feel in alignment with my soul’s journey in the highest vibration?
Is this recording or practice safe and supportive of my healing, health and well-being at this time?
The answers to these questions may change daily. Honor what you feel. If you do not feel in alignment with the meditation or the practitioner, it does not make the meditation or the practitioner “bad”, it merely means these energies are not in alignment with you at this time, thus, they may be more in alignment with you at a later time.
Remember, every soul journey is unique and every soul shifts in vibration in a non-linear way. Some days or periods of time we are in a higher vibration and in others in a lower vibration – it is all part of the natural order of things. Practice and journey with compassion, which always includes yourself and others.
