Full Moon: Rebirth

Hey Everyone!

I just wanted to share the power and beauty of the full moon energy at this time, as each full moon is compromised of different energies not all the same and not always of light. I apologize for this photo I took last night - it is not great, but, I hope it conveys the intensity and clarity of light of the full moon.

As I was walking around the park last night, Spirit shared that this full moon energy is about “Rebirth”.

I asked, “what do you mean, rebirth?”

Spirit shared that this full moon energy resonates and emanates in an energy that supports rebirth. It is a time of renewal. You have been asked and guided to look within to address, heal and let go of old patterns of the mind, body and spirit that no longer support the health and vibrancy of your lives and paths moving forward. When you release old patterns, hurts, anger, resentment and pain, it is important to remember to plant new seeds of light, intentions, direction and purpose.

This full moon energy is here to support the growth of these new seeds of light.

If you have yet to release and plant new seeds and intentions of light, it is not too late. While the full moon energy is at its peak now, it will continue to emanate in this energy supporting rebirth and renewal through the next week. This weekend is the perfect time to set aside a few moments to clarify and write down these new patterns, seeds of light and intentions you wish to grow that support your health, well-being and thriving as we transition into the new year.
